According to payment procedure and set standard, an advance of 50% is to be paid before starting the work in order to start the initial stages of the work. This 50% advance will be refunded if the client wants to stop the project with TeamDesigns. If the client receives the first design draft sent by TeamDesigns then we won’t refund the advance refund. The 50% payment left will have to be transferred before the final art work is being sent to you.

5) Links provided to Third Party Websites
There might be third party website links in TeamDesigns.com.au which will be controlled and maintained by other service providers. Your acknowledgement and acceptance that we are not responsible for navigating to any other website and are not the endorsers of such websites. You should agree that TeamDesigns.com.au is not responsible for the content or availability of ant such sites navigated through our website.

6) Copyright
5a) The integral property rights in the website i.e. copyright, branding/logo, content culminating the website design, text, graphics and all the software and programming scripts and codes  which is a part of the website are only owned and licensed to TeamDesigns.com.au or otherwise used by TeamDesigns.com.au as per the permitted law only.
